Brač is the biggest of the Dalmatian Islands. You can reach Supetar, the capital of the island by ferry, in 50 minutes from Split. Milna is a short 18 kilometre drive from the capital, set on the West coast of the island. It lies along a mile-long bay, nearly a Mediterranean "fjord" and houses the biggest marine on the island. The marina is adjecent to our development and provides yacht chartering and moorings. The apartment house is within half a mile from the centre of the city, on a hillside with wonderful sea-view, right over the beach . The coast is covered with pebbles and there is shower as well.

The island is safer and more secluded than the mainland enjoying a friendlier atmosphere. For those who really want to relax, this is the ideal place. The weather is warm throughout the year and crystal clear waters make it ideal for diving and snorkelling. During wintertime, shirt-sleeves and light weight clothes are succifient, with constant sunshin for all but a few weeks of the year. The distance from the mainland and the great mass of surrounding water ensures the island enjoys a Mediterranean climate. During the last, there have only been reraly snowfalls in Milna.
Split often has rain in Autumn and early Spring because of the Bora, the cold north-east wind emanating from the nearby Dinary mountains, 15 miles away. Milna, however enjoys enduring sunshine as the norm, with water temperatures over 68 oF, making it comfortable for swimming from May to October. It also lies to the South of the climate line, within the so-called dry zone area. Not only is the longer season considerably more attractive, but the local micro-climate is excellent for treatment of hay-fever and other pollen related allergies as well respiratory illnesses.
In summer there are daily flights from London and many other major Europian cities, to Split, with frequent ferry connections between island and mainland.
In the marine next door you can rent powerboats and yachts for daily cruises to explore the beautiful world of the Dalmatian Sea, to swim, dive and waterski in the silent bays. You can drive the boats with your license or rent a skipper.
All of the apartments has a private parking place, air-conditioned living room with American kitchen, one (ore more) bedroom and bathroom, separate balcony with direct view to the sea , satellite TV, freezer and refrigerator. The balcony is equipped with a big table and chairs.

In July and August there are term with 10-11 days, Sunday-Wednesday-Sunday are the turn-days, on the following dates:

Prices for the apartmants independent of the number of guests. Over this ammount we charge the visitor tax, wich is approximately 1 Euro/day, for children half price. The prize of cleaning is 25 euro.There is possibility to connect to internet, the charge of wifi is 10 euro for the renting period.
